This is flik, an ant from the movie Bug’s life. He is a male worker ant that tries to innovate work with crazy inventions. But that is not important.
For ants, the worker ants are always female. Same as the soldier ants. Male ants are winged drones that exist to mate with the queen. However, as you can see flik has no wings, yet presents himself as a male.
So we can conclude Flik is the first Trans character in Disney canon.
